Cancellation & Refund

At ‘Ivory Exhibitions & Conferences’, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your conference registration. We strive to make this process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

Eligibility for Refund:

If you need to cancel your registration, you are eligible for a full refund of your delegation fee provided the cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to the conference date.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your registration, please contact our customer service team via idlec.con@gmail.com or +91-9990922853. Please include your registration details and the reason for cancellation.

Refund Process:

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

Non-Refundable Items:

Any cancellations made less than 15 days before the conference date will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, any administrative fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Substitutions:

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please contact our customer service team at least 7 days prior to the event to arrange the transfer.
